Beach Place Guesthouses is a small, high-end boutique resort in Cocoa Beach, Florida.
When Alpha Hotel Group took over, the hotel was underperforming, and we went to work to formulate a strategy to turn the numbers around and increase occupancy and revenue. By implementing a new focus on guest service, bringing in a new and talented staff, developing new marketing and sales plans, and reaching out to a wide network of travel partners, Alpha Hotel Group transformed this struggling property into a viable business model.
We changed the culture of this boutique beach resort by increasing occupancy, revenue, and improved overall guest satisfaction. Our efforts have cultivated a vibrant, updated Beach Place.

Alpha Hotel Group breathed new life into Palisades Resort, transforming this property with proven strategies for success.
With ownership threatening to close this Winter Garden, Florida resort, Alpha offered to step in and turn things around by taking over the management. From creating new policies and procedures to reinventing and retraining the Palisades team, the resort shifted to fewer expenses, and a more profitable bottom line. We initiated positive changes, set new goals, and cultivated new talent to create a vibrant new resort property.
Thanks to our efforts, revenues more than doubled the previous year, and in some months, tripled. We even increased the property value by a substantial amount, and owners went from losing money to having positive cash flow. We are currently working with Palisades to improve the property condition overall, in order to increase revenues and customer satisfaction even more. Stay tuned for more updates.

Ramada Davenport Orlando South is conveniently located near Orlando theme parks, restaurants, and shopping.
The property was previously affiliated with Choice Hotels, though Alpha Hotel Group worked with ownership to determine that Ramada, a mid-scale Wyndham brand, would be a better fit. By recruiting a new General Manager and creating all new policies and procedures, we have seen increased revenues and average rates. Despite the hotel’s competitive Orlando location, they are increasing market share and moving in the right direction.
Renovation work on Ramada Davenport Orlando South is now completed. Alpha Hotel Group is proud to announce that our mission at the RAMADA has come to a close and in the space of 12 months, we were able to increase revenues substantially, while taking this property from an independent hotel to a brand.

Alpha Hotel Group took over this property from the owners who remain absentee for the most part. Alpha came in and restructured the property operations and re-rained the staff. A Revenue Budget was formulated based on historical data and a Sales/Marketing plan was also put in place.
The challenge for this hotel was that it had not had a steady Management team in place. Over the past 12 months, there had been 4 Management teams that came and went due to various problems and issues. This then became a concern for the owners.
Alpha Hotel Group’s mission was to become the ownerships “right hand” and put some long-term stability in place and providing employees with a sense of belonging. An emphasis was also placed on increasing revenues and controlling costs through different strategies being implemented throughout the hotel.

Alpha Hotel Group was presented with a unique opportunity to increase the revenues of this property over the next two years. The ownership had a few challenges with this property, which included the location, neighborhood/environment and the clientele which had frequented this property.
Alpha Group set out to implement strategies, some of which included cleaning up the property, improving the client type by targeting a different customer base and hence getting a better rate and revenue over time. These strategies have been successful and resulted in increased revenues for the hotel.
